I already sell on Facebook. Do I have to move everything?

No. Connect your existing page and keep posting from AiKommerce, or keep using Facebook and use us for orders, stock and delivery. Your customers can carry on commenting exactly as they do now.

How do my customers pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery works immediately — the way most of your buyers prefer to pay. You can also connect bKash, Nagad or card payments through your own gateway (TakaPai) from settings and start taking advance payment.

Can I run a physical shop and an online store together?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the point of the point of sale. Your counter and your storefront draw from one inventory, so a sale on either side updates stock, invoices and the same books. No double entry.

What about delivery?

Orders move through one pipeline from confirmation to hand-off, and Pathao and Steadfast are connected. Tracking updates go to the customer automatically, so they don't have to message you asking where the parcel is.

Will the AI sound like a robot to my customers?

You set the tone and the rules, and it answers from your real catalogue — actual prices, actual stock. It won't invent a price or promise an item you don't have, and you can step into any conversation at any point.

Does the AI just chat, or does it actually take the order?

It closes the loop. After quoting stock and price it collects the delivery details, creates the order, sends you a Telegram alert and hands it to the delivery pipeline. Orders it creates are marked as such so you can review them.

What exactly is the Supply Marketplace?

A wholesale catalog we source, warehouse and ship. You add items to your store at your own price; when an order comes in we fulfil it and credit your margin to your earnings balance, which you can withdraw to bKash or a bank account.

Is there really a free plan, and for how long?

Yes, and it is not a trial — you can keep running on it normally. Separately, the Pro plan is free until March 2027. After that Pro is ৳2,200 a month; nothing is charged automatically without you setting up a payment method.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. Paid plans include multiple business workspaces, each with its own storefront, catalogue and books, managed from one login. Pro covers 5 business workspaces and 5 team members.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

Nothing breaks and you keep your data. Anything over the new limit is flagged in the dashboard with clear options to upgrade or consolidate. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Not yet. The published plans are billed monthly, and yearly pricing isn't enabled on either tier — so the pricing page shows monthly only rather than advertising a yearly price nobody can pay.

Are purchases refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. Subscriptions, add-ons and one-time purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused portions after a downgrade. The narrow exceptions — duplicate charges, or an outage over 24 hours caused by us — are reviewed case by case. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
